Rates for 2016/2017 season (discount for stays of 3 or more nights). Rates are listed on a nightly basis, cleaning fee is additional:
- Studio Loft - the most popular - kitchen, loft, fireplace, 1 bath - sleeps 6
- $90 nightly
- Holidays (Christmas, New Years, MLK, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) and the month of March plus $10 nightly
- Lock off room (standard hotel style room) - king bed, mini-fridge, standard room, 1 bath - sleeps 2
- $50 nightly
- Studio Loft & Lock off room - both reserved together - sleeps 8 - they are inter-connected
- $125 nightly
- Holidays (Christmas, New Years, MLK, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) and the month of March plus $10 nightly
- Cleaning fee is an additional $30 for Lock off room and $60 for unit Studio Loft. $80 when both are reserved together. This covers your entire stay (it's the same if you stay one day or ten). Cleaning fee does not include daily towels or trash service.
